Say Hello to Mellow

Mild sweetness reminiscent of fruit and berries with a touch of mellow caramel and an almost wine-like rounded acidity. Aromatique is a select Arabica single estate coffee, naturally processed. Handpicked beans undergo a very mild fermentation to create this highly sophisticated coffee, rich in aroma and presence. Aromatique is a beautiful bean for espressos and black coffees. If you’d like to add milk, you’re in for a mild, aromatic cup. 100% Single estate Arabica.

Clouds In My Coffee.

This specialty coffee is created by sending some of our finest Arabica beans on a 2-3 month vacation to coastal karnataka! The beans are stored in large shipping containers, partially exposed to humid and salty sea air where they are left to absorb moisture and develop a truly unique character. This process is essentially a recreation of a British-era shipping where a shipful of coffee beans got over exposed to sea air. Initially discarded, and then accidentally discovered, these beans were all the rage in London for their very unique character and cupping notes. Clouds In My Coffee is an exotic, intense coffee, with a lot of clarity in terms of flavor. This coffee is best had black, or with very little milk. Roast: Light. 100% Arabica.

Rohan Bopanna Master Blend

This 100% arabica from Rohan Bopanna’s estate in Coorg is a blend of 2 kinds of processes of the same Arabica bean. Our medium-dark profile roasting for this blend gives it a nice, gentle body and a mildly sweet mouthfeel. For this blend only the top 2 grades of arabica from the coffee estate are used, giving you a lovely flavourful cup of filter coffee. Our cold brew blend is a combination of high-altitude honey sun-dried coffee and wet-process coffee, both Arabica. Designed for maximum sweetness, this blend is made especially for cold-brew brewing and is also roasted much slower than most of our other coffees. Roast – Medium roast

With notes that range from banana to wild berry, these virgin beans have been untouched by chemicals, fertilizers or sprays. Coffee just the way God grows it. Our Organic arabica coffee is grown on an estate which has soil certification too – which means while we definitely do not use any sort of chemicals or pesticides when cultivating, our soil too does not contain any past traces or residue of harmful chemicals. Sunkissed

A fruity, buttery, slightly sweet coffee made from a long-drawn process of drying the bean with the pulp on. The perfect Buttercup, if ever there was one. This freshly roasted-on-order coffee is one of our proud artisan coffees. We leave a bit of the fruity pulp on the bean before drying it out under the glorious Kodagu sun, and this creates interesting nuances in the final tasting cup. Sunkissed by The Flying Squirrel is a truly special, finely processed Robusta. Sunkissed is a great coffee for milk.
